No, for two reasons. Number one, I just haven't learned the program yet. Two, I recognize that a Flash-based site has certain disadvantages. Flash content isn't crawlable by search engines, which are more likely to notice sites that are rich in html text. Also, when someone goes to your site, chances are they're looking for information, not a fancy cartoon. (Flash intros are sooooo 1999.)

That said, I do like html-based sites that tastefully incorporate touches of Flash animation. I've been tooling around with a program called Xtivity that supposedly provides me a shortcut to creating animations without learning to use Flash itself. I'll let you know when I get that going.

Also, if someone else designs a Flash animation for you, I have no problem incorporating it into an html-based site.
